What is TAG?

The Adaptation Game (TAG) is a storytelling board game workshop designed to help Huon Valley residents connect, collaborate, and strengthen our community’s resilience to climate change.

Grounded in the latest climate science about how change is likely to affect the Huon Valley, TAG invites you to explore real-world strategies to prepare for and protect your home, family, community, and environment.

Through play, you’ll discover how your skills, interests, and passions can align with the actions our community needs most.

Come for the workshop, stay for the connections—and leave inspired to make a meaningful difference in your community’s future.

TAG is a cooperative game—everyone works together, and no gaming experience is required. You’ll play in a small group of four, guided by a facilitator who’ll make the experience simple, fun, and engaging.
